The human mind creates restrictions on its infinite potential. When it comes to introspective thought, we're all trapped in a nebulous loop of thoughts that mimic the patterns of life's ebb and flow and the complex web of expectations which accompany them.

In order to undo this impact, we need to test the limits of our knowledge in order to induce a glitch within the matrix. To be profound, expressive, and sharp thinkers in a world full of distractions and noise, we must immerse ourselves in deeper experiences, both material and immaterial.

Right now, we'd rather not blindly dive headfirst into the unknown. We prefer to take things easy in the beginning, but it's a terrific strategy for seasoned explorers that leads to a season of intensive advancement (like renting a place that's twice your rent to make yourself earn more money).

Our aim is to feel a little uneasy, to push through the familiar with persistent effort, and to allow ourselves to get dragged deeper by fixation whenever we come across something new. The objective is to break the matrix in such a way that you can see into the infinite. This is like reading a book: it opens our eyes to a whole new universe, and we don't want to get lost in it.

To restate: our mental network of expectations is the known. When our mental well-being is in jeopardy, we can seek refuge in this familiar sanctuary. Uncertainty is inherent to reality, the domain of limitless possibility. Anyone with the guts to go deeper and deeper via practice, mindfulness, and time will find it to be an interconnected playground.

It is acceptable if you are unable to understand this at this time. It takes years of deliberate exercise to rewire your mind, and only then can you access the "construct aware" level of ego growth. As I'm attempting to accomplish here, the correct phrases can allow your mind to glimpse into this level of awareness.

How do you break away from the limits of the Known?

We need to be familiar with the theory of states and stages in order to comprehend the process of venturing into uncharted territory.

A state is a transient mental condition that everyone can enter at any moment. Try some psychedelics, find solace in a calming quotation, or unleash your inner artist by putting pen to paper.

The stages of consciousness are like progressing through a video game: at each level, you gain access to abilities that were previously reserved for power-ups. It's similar to a basic degree of contentment. This necessitates a steady progression and does nothing to stop falling back into lesser levels of awareness, like getting stuck in a rut.

Expanding into uncharted territory is our ultimate objective. You get a better grasp of your potential as you get more experiences. Think of a "stage" as a new starting point in terms of money, peace of mind, or whatever else you can improve upon in your life if that helps.

Nevertheless, there are instances where rapid development is warranted. If you want to prove to yourself that you can achieve your goals, you need to put yourself in a difficult situation.

Thinking about it like that is like deciding to uproot your whole life and move across the country. Fear not, for it is the path to your greatest personal development to date. To normalise the tension you've generated, your income and lifestyle will need to reflect it.

Your ability to learn and perform is also impacted by living on the edge of what is known. When you're just starting out in business, it would be foolish to mimic the advertising campaigns of companies worth billions of dollars. To increase your awareness to the point where you can comprehend, you must first attain certain levels and baselines. Ignoring the fact that your brand recognition, product quality, advertising budget, and everything else that makes sense for their business would lead to a disastrous attempt to mimic their techniques.

Aligning knowledge with execution is, thus, the logical choice. A good teacher is someone who is just a little bit ahead of you in the game, so they can teach you while they are still at your level. Then, to really internalise the information, you should try teaching someone a few tiers below you.

To get more "good dopamine," try this. Experiencing something new without exerting effort produces cheap dopamine. Making something new while overcoming obstacles is a great source of dopamine. As a result, you should set your own goals, figure out how to reach them, and push yourself to your limits.

A self-contained cycle involving inexpensive dopamine might be envisioned. You damage the receptors in your brain and make it harder for you to think about the importance of your natural wants since you check your phone so often. This causes you to seek comfort in the same old mental abode you've always had, rather than taking action towards the brighter future your spirit desires.

If you want to "break out of your comfort zone," there are plenty of things you can do at any time. Feel free to spend a day on the streets, or travel the world at your leisure. But you need to make these things a regular part of your life:

Reading:

If you encounter any difficulty while reading, don't give up. Read on if you're curious but still confused. Allow the thoughts to soak into your subconscious for a while; eventually, they will make sense.

On more than one occasion, I had trouble getting into a book at first, but after giving it another go a year later, I finally got it. For my current life situation, it took on a whole new significance as I read it.

Take full advantage of any thrilling opportunity or look into the unknown that comes your way. Pay attention to the thrill, jot down what you've found, and then go online to learn more.

Writing:

Words come to a standstill for all writers at some point. Even if it's an indication that they're making progress, 90% of authors see writer's block negatively. Your mind will adapt to this pattern of thought expression if you continue to do it.

So, you're having trouble with the creative parts of your job. What do you do? You roll over like the ancient Greeks, Tarantino, or Steve Jobs. That part of your job is completely ignored by you.

In order to engage your brain's Default Mode Network, try lying by the pool, going for a walk, hanging out with friends, or going on a hike. When it happens, your conscious mind starts to pull the pieces from your subconscious.

Eventually, the solution will dawn on you like a clockwork. A lot of people call this the "aha!" moment.

Teaching:

If you follow the Feynman technique, teaching others what you've learnt is the best way to learn, period. It's the process by which you remember the things you read or hear.

Through our commercial endeavours, we aim to foster a profound, innovative, and free-thinking attitude that will benefit people across the globe. This necessitates enlightening your audience. You need to get into education and find a way to simplify your research so that others can understand it. You need to figure out how to add value.

Finally, don't get your mind stuck on what it already knows; that's the secret to profound thinking. To stand out from the crowd, you need to challenge your ingrained thought habits and journey into the unknown. Mindfulness and deliberate practice are essential for all of this. You shouldn't expect this technique to magically transform your life overnight. I am writing to bring your attention to a matter.

Now that you're aware, you have an opportunity to improve.

You must actively develop, maintain, and repair your mind, physique, business, and relationships. This prevents you from succumbing to the existing matrix's structure.
