What still blows my mind is the awareness that everything around us is energy. Everything we can see, touch, and smell is made up of energy, and matter is perhaps an illusion of the material world. Take, for example, the most fundamental unit of life, the atom.

It turns out that an atom is made up of 99.9% of empty space, so when you hold a solid object, you are essentially feeling the resistance force between the atoms that compose the object and those that form your hand. An atom is nothing like the model with energy levels and electrons that we were taught in chemistry and can only be accurately represented as a wave function using equations of a probability space.

So, matter can be viewed as a higher concentration of energy. It vibrates at a lower rate of frequency.

Every piece of material in existence right now happened as a result of enough intention going in a particular direction, and it created form either at a highly divine conscious level or at an individual level—what you are actually playing at right now. You have energy constantly moving through you, and you are constantly directing it towards the things that you think about.

The things that occupy your thoughts are constantly reshaping the material environment you exist in. Just to offer an insight into the concept we are talking about here, at a quantum mechanical level, everything is constantly changing form based on the environment that is looking at it, the intention of that environment, and how those probabilities are affected.

So, we live in a sea of energetic soup that is nothing more than potential that responds materially to a level of focus and intention towards particular thoughts and behaviors. Your entire existence right now is being formed as a result of an enormous volume of energy coming through you, and it’s shaping an existence that you are cohabitating right now.

The life-changing implications here are that you can literally choose at any moment where that energy gets directed. You will start to understand the correlation between how you think in every moment and how your environment manifests in front of you every single second.

Your environment is nothing more than an expression. It’s an expression of potential you were given, but you are choosing to focus on aspects of that expression that you’re choosing to focus on.

And if there is some aspect of your expression of potential right now that you are not happy with, guess whose fault that is? It’s yours because you are the one expressing it. No one can express it for you. You are the one expressing energy; you are creating form, and it’s your world.

A famous Chinese proverb states: “He who blames others has a long way to go on his journey. He who blames himself is halfway there. He who blames no one has arrived.”

We all want to arrive, but we better already be halfway there by understanding that the only person you should blame if you have to is the one staring you back in the mirror. With a lot of practice and perhaps a little bit of karmic favor, you might find some sort of oneness with the universe someday.

I am of the opinion that this is the best possible outlook one can have about their life. It promises you control and offers you agency to singlehandedly make whatever life changes you need to elevate yourself. You and you alone have more power than anybody else, for you are already self-sufficient in this regard, so you can go ahead and look within yourself, not outside.

All this means you can be the unstoppable force you envision yourself to be. Just remember, the growing pains of walking a different path in life are not only natural but also ultimately quite necessary. As Alexis Carrel opined, “Man cannot remake himself without suffering, for he is both the marble and the sculptor.”

So, you are constantly manifesting a matrix around you. The question is, are you aware of that? And are you aware of the responsibility in terms of the connection between you and your conscious self, the probability of multiple realities eventuating around you, and what influence you actually have on that?

Because you are like a god force of energy, wherever you direct your intent at a quantum mechanical level, it sets in motion. It creates electrical thunderstorms—quantum mechanical thunderstorms of energy—that shift around like probability, looking to take form in some form of material expression.

Your role in that is how you direct your intelligence to determine what shows up in your world. Where you look, where you focus, and the mental script that you overlay on top of that will determine everything. I strongly believe that if you, dear reader, and I can get our heads around this, then we will have just gotten the keys to the kingdom.
